Maria Flader (born 2006) is a Polish percussionist. She is a student at the Krzysztof Penderecki Academy of Music in Kraków in the class of Professor Maciej Hałoń, where she received the Rector's Scholarship for the best students in the 2025/2026 academic year.

A graduate of the Grażyna Bacewicz General Primary and Secondary Music School in Warsaw, she is a laureate of international music competitions, including First Prize at the International "Spring Marimba Competition 2026" in Italy and the Gold Prize at the "World Exceptional Musicians" competition.

She has performed as a soloist and chamber musician at festivals and musical events in Poland and abroad, collaborating with Marek Janowski and Sinfonia Varsovia, among others, and participating in projects of the National Philharmonic, the Krakow Opera, and the Krakow Philharmonic.
