
FAQ
The program is open to young classical musicians – instrumentalists and vocalists – who:

have Polish citizenship,
-
are at least 18 years old on the date of submission,
-
are born no earlier than January 1, 2001,
-
are educated or work artistically in the field of classical music.

The program supports the development of an individual artistic career (solo instrument, solo vocal) , therefore:
-
the application must be submitted individually,
-
In the second stage, it is required to send a recording of the solo repertoire (with possible accompaniment).

One of the formal conditions for participation in the program is to have Polish citizenship and a valid Polish passport.
The programme is intended for classical music performers — instrumentalists and vocalists. Composers whose artistic practice also includes performance activities they wish to further develop are likewise welcome to apply.
The scholarship may be used to support any activities that contribute to the development of the recipient’s artistic career.
Most importantly, the proposed plan should be:

realistic,
-
aligned with the candidate’s artistic path and professional goals,
-
clearly and thoughtfully justified.

The funds must be used in accordance with the plan presented in the form, no later than January 31, 2027.
The process consists of two stages:
Stage I - strategic
-
evaluation of the career development plan and the use of scholarship funds,
-
recording a short 45-second video (VideoAsk).
-
Applications are assessed by representatives of the business and cultural management world.
Stage II - artistic
-
audio-video recording (8–12 minutes of solo repertoire/with possible accompaniment),
-
evaluation by an international jury.

Participation in the program is completely free.
The programme offers 15 scholarship recipients a comprehensive support package, including:

a financial scholarship of PLN 30,000 net
-
artistic and managerial mentoring
-
international networking opportunities
-
communication training delivered by one of the leading PR agencies in the classical music industry in the United States
-
concerts featuring scholarship holders in Warsaw and New York
-
a professional photo session.

Yes — the organiser covers the costs related to participation in:
-
the Scholarship Recipients’ Gala in Warsaw
-
the final concert in New York
(in particular: transport, accommodation, meals, and any instrument rental if required).

All obligations are specified in the programme regulations.
Scholarship recipients are required, among other things, to:
-
participate in the Scholarship Recipients’ Gala on 29 June 2026 at 19:00 at the Witold Lutosławski Concert Studio in Warsaw (availability required between 28–30 June 2026)

participate in the final concert held at the Pilecki Institute in New York on 23 or 24 October 2026 (availability required between 21–25 October 2026)
-
take part in a professional photo session
-
participate in promotional activities related to the programme.

A maximum of 15 scholarship recipients may be selected for the program.
