Joanna Sochacka, PhD
Joanna Sochacka is a Polish pianist and a Steinway & Sons artist, regarded as one of the most promising musicians of her generation. She has performed in dozens of countries, appearing in prestigious concert halls such as Carnegie Hall and the Royal Albert Hall. Her recordings—including a debut album featuring music by Grażyna Bacewicz and a Chopin album released by Naxos—have been met with international critical acclaim and audience recognition.
She holds a doctoral degree in musical arts and is a lecturer at the Academy of Music in Łódź. A graduate of music institutions in Poland, Austria, and Switzerland, she also leads masterclasses and serves on the juries of international piano competitions, actively combining her concert career with teaching and artistic work.
